Installation

To run CAT (alias CATkit):

Step 1.  Install R
Step 2.  Install RStudio 
Step 3.  Mac users: Install XQuartz
Step 3.  Install CAT
Step 4.  Run the vignettes to validate that installation is complete, and see how to use CATkit.
